Post-Construction Analysis Services include an inspection of a completed project as well as an in-depth look at essential Close-Out Documentation. Assurance that the completed project reflects what was agreed upon is imperative. We will interview property staff and make a detailed observation of the end product. Similar to our construction risk assessments, Winica provides an assessment of adequacy of Capital Expenditure Budgets as well as inspections for periodic Draw Requests related to the improvements.
